DEEP TISSUE/ THERAPEUTIC
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time. Stretches or exercises may be recommended if needed to help restore the body's balance.
SWEDISH/ RELAXATION
Swedish massage is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage. Intended to relax, restore and calm the body and mind. A variety of massage techniques used to bring balance back to the individual and reduce stress effects of daily life.
SHIATSU
In shiatsu therapy, pressure with thumbs, hands, elbows, knees, or feet is applied to pressure points on the body. This form of massage also focuses on rotating and stretching limbs, joints and pressure points, or meridians as they are called in Traditional Chinese medicine.
